All about the space

Maximum use of space and light is central to the upgrade of this corporate building. The double height area inside incorporates a mezzanine floor, adding extra office space, intersecting the lines of this long room of steel.

Wooden beams enhance the existing steel structure, lowering the ceiling, adding texture and warmth. Meeting rooms are suspended cubicles of green glass, perched over the walkway. Lighting is simple sleek rods overhanging plain white desks, continuing the idea of simplicity and sustainability. A textured metal ceiling in the main lobby adds pattern above, diffusing the rigidness of the structure.

The exterior of the structure is remodelled with a bold and distinguished design: wooden louvers add visual appeal while concealing the existing façade, while metal cladding creates a smooth contrast of texture.
