Heightened Luxury

The post-modern design of this two-storey villa is introduced within the spacious double-height entrance hall. The balance between traditional and contemporary style is executed throughout in simple, high quality materials; white Italian marble contrasting with dark African wenge wood. A custommade crystal ceiling suspended between dark wooden beams, nods to historical construction methods used in Arabian architecture.

The interior is accented with traditional Arabic features, made modern. Formal areas hold filigree ceiling lights and etched glass panels, casting mushrabiya-like shadows across the marble. Patterns are further echoed in the flooring and surrounding wall panels.

A private antiques collection is incorporated into the design, with alcoves to house statues and custom carved frames displaying art and tapestries, adding to the grandeur of this magnificent space. Textures of leather contrast with wood and marble underfoot, softened by luxurious fabrics and furniture unique to each room.
